As Team Lead, Gene’s motto of “follow up and follow through” has proven to be one of the things clients appreciate most about the professional services he provides. Gene has successfully closed more than $300 million in Real Estate transactions, selling the Panama City Beach Florida lifestyle. Originally from Northeastern New Jersey, he relocated to Northwest Florida in 2004. Gene has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, enhanced by 18 years of professional experience in Information Technology Management.

Prior to joining Gene and Jennifer on the team, Randy was a successful business owner and entrepreneur for over 45 years. He started his first business in the automotive industry at the age of twenty-three. He then went on to have run a successful business in specialized equipment sales, waste management services, and transportation contracts with the Custom Critical Division for FedEx. After fulfilling a lifetime dream to move to the Emerald coast with his wife Kathy of 43 years, Randy began his real estate career in 2015, joining The Gene Team in 2020. With nearly 10 years in real estate, (along with all his business endeavors), Randy brings years of problem-solving experience and a can-do attitude, to help you realize your personal real estate dreams come true.
