As Team Lead, Gene’s motto of “follow up and follow through” has proven to be one of the things clients appreciate most about the professional services he provides. Gene has successfully closed more than $300 million in Real Estate transactions, selling the Panama City Beach Florida lifestyle. Originally from Northeastern New Jersey, he relocated to Northwest Florida in 2004. Gene has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, enhanced by 18 years of professional experience in Information Technology Management.
A comprehensive background in sales and customer support has enabled him to achieve his goal of helping his customers attain their Real Estate goals and/or dreams and provide “Total Customer Satisfaction.” Most recently Gene was part of the team that managed the sale and refurbishment of 700 condominium units at Laketown Wharf Resort, selling out the property (within five years), two years ahead of the projected timeline.
